Tonal Hearing brings qualified audiologists into your workplace to offer private, 15-minute hearing assessments. Employees receive an immediate explanation of results, a digital audiogram, and recommended next steps. If further care is needed, they can book follow-up appointments with one of our trusted network audiologists.
Staff own their results and their audiogram. You get totals for your organisation, never a name, and nothing for any group smaller than ten. Data is held in the UK and we're registered with the ICO (ZC055680). Our privacy notice, DPIA and sub-contractor checks are available to your procurement team.

How it works

The Check
You send staff an invite and they take the check on their phone or laptop. Two safety questions come first: anyone whose hearing has suddenly changed, or who has ear pain, is pointed to their GP before any tones play. Each ear ends with one of three results: typical range, worth a full test, or no clear result.

The Video Explainers
A few short films explain the result of the check in plain English, from what ear wax can do to impact the result of a hearing check to what happens at a full hearing test with an audiologist.
We are also building a suite of simple, accessible explainers to answer the most common questions people ask about hearing loss.

The Clinic Days
On the dates you choose, an independent audiologist sets up in a quiet meeting room and gives booked staff a full hearing test. Each person leaves with their audiogram and an explanation of it. If they need follow-up care, the audiologist talks them through their options.

The Dashboard
You see how many people have taken the check and booked a clinic-day slot, week by week. Any figure based on fewer than ten people stays hidden.
