Tonal Hearing brings hearing assessments to people where they work and live. We partner with employers, retirement communities, and care homes across the UK to deliver onsite clinics run by independent audiologists.
We're looking for HCPC-registered audiologists to join our network.

A flat day rate of £500 per clinic, paid in full regardless of patient turnout. Clinics typically run 12-15 screening appointments, generating an audiogram for each patient. You bring your own kit. Tonal handles all booking, patient communication, and admin afterwards.
If a patient needs follow-up care, they're yours. Tonal refers them back to you for fitting, aftercare, or further testing, on your own terms. We don't take a cut of that work.

We're focused on London first, with our first corporate client signed and more in the pipeline. We're also keen to hear from audiologists elsewhere in the UK for clinics outside London as they come up.
There's no commitment to a minimum number of days. We'll get in touch when a clinic lands in your area and you can say yes or no. Cancellations by Tonal within 48 hours of a confirmed booking are paid at 50%.

If your application is of interest, we'll be in touch for a conversation. Before any clinic is booked, we'll need to verify your HCPC registration, professional indemnity insurance, identity, and references, and complete a sanctions screening check. Audiologist accounts on the Tonal platform are created manually after these checks are complete.
We aim to respond to all applications within a week.
